Wedding flowers and decor for Megan & Duncan

The Round House – The Glen

The Ceremony

“The Secret Garden” were beautifully decorated and set up with the “romantic” Gazebo draped with cascading tulle and decorated with a crystal chandelier in the front of this area where you were doing you vows. A long cream carpet down the aisle with clear Perspex Louis XV chairs set up on either side of the carpet rounded off the “picture” you had in mind.

Two white baskets with fresh white rose petals on plinths, at the start of the aisle were on hand to be used as confetti as you walked back up the aisle to sign the register inside the Restaurant.

With a live performance of a beautiful Aria sang by a Baritone the awesome Bride and her retinue walked towards her handsome Groom.

The mood was set for an elegant, classy and chic wedding afternoon.

The Reception

While your guests enjoyed pre-drinks and canapés all chairs at the ceremonial area were moved to the Reception to be used guest seating around the tables.

All tables were covered with beautiful heavy white damask full length table cloths as well as damask napkins and set as per the Round House standard with silver cutlery, glassware and silver under plates supplied by us.

A fairy light back drop behind the main table added to the romantic and whimsical ambiance you envisaged for later when the sun set.

The glass cake table complimented your wedding cake set up close to the dance floor.

The centre of each of the ten round (12 pax) guest tables were decorated with a large round mirror plate on crystal bowls elevating the display somewhat off the table giving the illusion it is floating above the table. Stunning crystal candelabra with glass balls, water and large floating candles created a “lamp” effect on each table and were somewhat of a different look than the “tall white dinner candles”. These were complimented with a tall lily vase with dangling crystal and filled with tall red gladiola as well as a small crystal bowl with red roses added to this. Two black crystal candle sticks with glass bowls and fat floating candles as well as several glass bowls with floating candles and small silver bling candle holders with t-light candles added to the romantic lighting as the night progressed…

Every second guest table had a white gladiola and white rose display breaking the red a bit, adding to the look you envisaged.

The seven pax rectangular main table were decorated with two large silver champagne bowls filled with ice and champagne, two crystal candelabra with bowls and candles, two lily vases with tall red gladiola and complimented with two solid crystal bowls and red roses. A crystal bowl placed in front of Megan’s table setting to place her bridal bouquet in once seated. Several crystal candle sticks with glass bowls and floating candles,  loads of small glass bowls with floating candles and bling holders with t-light candles filled the front of this nearly 8m long VIP table.

The Bridal and retinue

The bridal posy of white miniature orchids and other Phalaenopsis orchids were tied with white satin ribbon… soft, stunning and fabulous! The Groom had a white orchid buttonhole with the remaining gents in the bridal party a red rose buttonhole each. The two boys had a smaller red rose buttonhole each.

The three “Bestie’s” each carry a red rose posy tied with black satin ribbon.

All this were elegant and classy… a great start to a great life together.
